5 Bonuses and Promotions

Another example: a deposit of ৳13,400 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳21,400; a wager of ৳8,000 × 10 = ৳80,000 is required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting wagering requirements.
• Each bonus has its own validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.
• One promotion cannot be used while another is active, unless explicitly permitted.
• betbdt 5 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• If misuse of any bonus is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players can join the VIP program. There are four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week — for example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 receives up to ৳220 cashback (৳20,000 × 1.1%). Staying regularly active is required to move up to a higher tier.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and bet type. betbdt 5 reserves the right to change these limits at any time. The applicable limits are shown in the interface of the relevant game.

6.2 Cancellations and Changes

A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed. However, if a technical error, incorrect odds or any other unusual situation is identified, betbdt 5 reserves the right to cancel the bet or apply the correct value.

6.3 Software Errors

If a technical error in any game or system produces an abnormal result, that result will be considered void. betbdt 5 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings paid out due to an error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betbdt 5 platform:

• Attempting to place bets or earn winnings through fraud or any deceptive method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Simulating human interaction using bots, automated scripts or any software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in a game or system to gain an advantage.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Any activity that damages the reputation of betbdt 5.

If participation in any of the above activities is proven, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

betbdt 5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Extended inactivity on the account.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, however any bonus subject to unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.
